Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

          The objectives of this thesis  following objectives: 1) to study the implement of the virtues for fraternal living(Saraniyadhamma) in administration of administrators in schools under the Office of Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) to do a comparative study of implement of the virtues for fraternal living(Saraniyadhamma) in administration of administrators in schools under the Office of Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1 in accorded with the variable factors of the individuals, and 3) to study the methods and process in implementing the virtues for fraternal living(Saraniyadhamma) in administration of administrators in schools under the Office of Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area I. The populations used in this study were administrators and teacher, 360 in total. And, the statistic applied in this study were Frequency, Means,Standard Deviation (S.D.), T-test independent, F-test, and concluded with Scheffe’s method of comparison in accessing to the method and process of implementing the virtues for fraternal living(Saraniyadhamma) with content analysis.

          The result of the study found that:

           The implement of the virtues for fraternal living(Saraniyadhamma) in administrating the schools, according to the administrators and teachers at the Office of Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, at the whole and in each aspect resulted in high scale in which could be categorized from largest to smallest as following: to keep without blemish the rules of conduct along with one’s fellows, openly and in private(Silasamabbata), to be endowed with right views along with one’s fellows, openly and in private(Ditthisamabbata),to share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows(Sadharanabhogita), to be amiable in word, openly and in private(Mettavacikamma), to be amiable in thought, openly and in private(Mettamanokamma), and  to be amiable indeed, openly and in private(Mettakayakamma).

For the comparative approach of implementing the virtues for fraternal living(Saraniyadhamma) in administration of administrators in schools under the Office of Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, the study found that by position, different work-experience, and the different size of the institution, there was no difference at all; thus, it opposed to the set hypothesis.

The ways to interactively implement the virtues for fraternal living(Saraniyadhamma) in administration of administrators in schools under the Office of Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, this study found that, according to the attitude of the administrators and teachers at schools under the Office of Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, was to encourage the school to promote wholesome culture, especially, in respecting to each other, be generated, tired unity, nice speech, discipline, be democratic, encouraging the customers with sincere, be honest, collectively to put all these principles into practice in order to improve and develop the organization with remarkable progress.
